Celebrate Impact: Chocolate, Champagne, & Couture For-A-Cause 2024
In spring of 2024, we gathered for our signature event, Chocolate, Champagne, & Couture For-A-Cause 2024, where we raised our glasses and our voices in support of women across Hawaiʻi.
A heartfelt thank you to our title sponsors — Alaska Airlines and Neiman Marcus — and our event hosts, BMW of Honolulu, Hawaiian Host Group, HONOLULU Magazine, and Johnson Brothers of Hawaiʻi. Your support helped us create a memorable experience and raised nearly $93,000 in grants for women-led households and businesses through five impactful organizations.

How to Get Involved
Joining Women United requires a minimum annual commitment of $1,000, which can easily be made in individual donations or through your workplace giving campaign, if your organization participates.
We invite you to explore our various committees — membership, volunteering, or fundraising — offering an excellent opportunity to network and engage with fellow members.

Membership Committee
The WU Membership Committee aims to recruit and engage local Women United members. Committee members will host our annual Membership Meeting in the fall, help create engaging opportunities to connect and assist AUW with growing membership.
Volunteer Committee
The WU Volunteer Committee seeks out and coordinates community service projects for WU members and supporters. While working with AUW’s 300+ partner agencies you can provide volunteer support as needed while meeting fellow WU members.
Fundraising Committee
The WU Fundraising Committee supports our signature event: Chocolate, Champagne, & Couture For-a-Cause. Our 2024 event will be on April 6. Committee members aim to provide an exciting experience for WU supporters while raising funds to support the WU Fund.
